N O ! . . . Limitations on Placement
~ Some States have restrictions, as in can't Tattoo above neck, or below the wrist, or feet. State of Maine has No Limitions! In fact, I'm very comfortable with some of mostareas.
N O ! . . . Person Under 18 Years Tattooed
~ No Exceptions, No Notes, Despite Rumors, Maine Law is 18+ Only, For Tattoos. ~ Piercing Laws, doable under 18 with adult present and with proper ID. INK'S Shop limit of 15 years or older

~ Kids are Welcome in the shop, under constant supervisonion & not in the Work Area. You can't get Tattooed and Babysit at the same time. My Trash contains Biohazard Waste, Your Kids are the height of my trash can.

~ Just know when enough alcohol, is enough.
Consider your drinking limit for a Tattoo, the same if you were driving. If you can't fundtion enough to drive, you can't function enough to get Tattooed.
