Fill out form Below to the Left & Submit your Tattoo Idea to be Reviewed.  It will go through a Review Process & Artists will decide if the design is eligible for 13 Dollar Day, Then get back to you as soon as Possible. Final Decisions will be made by the First week of January.

~It must be simple colored & Smaller than a Silver Dollar.
~Design must be Approved, & Drawn as Final Stencil by Jan 11.
~Can be any Tattoo Design, not just a '13'
